Hi! I’m Jenn Oldham. I’m a dōTERRA® business leader who is passionate about healthy living and helping you achieve success regardless of the circumstances you are in.
Those roadblocks that are standing in the way of your goals? Let’s destroy them. Those hurdles that are keeping you from achieving your dream? Let’s crush them.
If I can do it, you can do it. Let me explain.
My husband, Richard, and I were introduced to dōTERRA by Roger and Teresa Harding in 2010. I had tried using essential oils prior to that, but, if I’m being honest, I was completely clueless about how they worked. We’ve all been there, right? The Hardings were patient with us as we learned more about a culture that was very different from our way of living back then.
Sure, I was curious about using essential oils to promote a healthier lifestyle (something that was important to me,) but I was extremely intrigued by the unique way dōTERRA approached network marketing. I convinced Richard that we should at least enroll to see how we liked the oils. Together we discovered that we loved the products, the company, and the business model!
The voices in my head told me I could not succeed as a business leader. Honestly, I really did have every excuse in the book piling up around me. I was molested as a child and have worked so hard to overcome that. Unfortunately, it has led to a ton of anxiety for me in addition to my ADHD. Richard and I are also infertility survivors which comes with its own set of emotions like feeling inadequate and hopeless. However, I would not let myself use these circumstances as an excuse for mediocrity and I pushed forward to create results. I got serious about building a business in 2011.
Through a lot of hard work, Richard and I slowly evolved into the business builders that we are today. I feel like my biggest accomplishment was when we achieved the rank of Diamond with newborn twins and an active three-year-old running around. Our kiddos have definitely inspired me to never give up on my dreams.
If I can do it, you can do it. Let’s do it together. I’ve got your back.
