On Guard Essential Oil Blend | Benefits and Uses
A couple of tips and tricks for On Guard essential oil. I can't say enough about this essential oil blend! I love it to pieces because it keeps ME so healthy and MY KIDS so healthy throughout the year. It's such a popular and effective blend that it's actually available in several different forms. I'm going to tell you about my favorite two forms--the roller bottle and the 15 mL bottle.
My favorite thing that doTERRA did was come out with the On Guard Touch. It's a pre-diluted roller bottle that comes ready to use. It is wildly convenient especially for us busy mamas!
Use it as a hand sanitizer! I just rub some on my hands and then rub my hands together. I'll also use On Guard Touch on the bottoms of my feet if I am feeling a little under the weather. This is especially effective with my kids. In fact, my kids can even do it themselves!
Having my kids head to school with some extra support to their immune system gives me great peace of mind and has really helped keep my family in a good and healthy spot.
Diffusing it is awesome! I throw in a couple of drops and let is crank away to keep the air nice and pure in my house.
