PEPPERMINT Essential oil
How I use Peppermint in my home
The high menthol content of the doTERRA Peppermint essential oil sets it apart from others when it comes to quality—making it one of the best-selling favorites among doTERRA essential oils.
It sounds really simple, but I like to put a drop on my hands, rub them together, and smell it! I love to do this when I get out of the shower in the morning. It wakes me up and opens up my airways. Peppermint is also frequently used to fight off seasonal threats--you know, itchy eyes, runny nose, sneezing...you get the idea. Also great for tummy aches (rub it right on your belly!) and those aches and pains that come along with life.
Lemon Essential Oil
How I use LEmon in my home
The cleansing, purifying, and invigorating properties of Lemon make it one of the most versatile oils, not to mention the top-selling essential oil that doTERRA offers.
I love to clean with Lemon! I do my windows, my mirrors, my counters, everything with Lemon. It's totally non-toxic and I love how it smells. (Great for mood!) Gum in hair? Yeah, that's not a problem for Lemon. It will take it right out. You can use Lemon in cooking as well. It's really fun!
Lavender Essential Oil
How I use lavender in my home
Our most popular oil, Lavender has been cherished for its unmistakable aroma and its beneficial properties for thousands of years. Lavender is widely used and accepted for its calming and relaxing qualities. For aromatic, topical, or dietary use.
I love lavender! My favorite uses for this essential are to keep my skin looking and feeling healthy as well as for calming. I put a drop or two on any burns, bug bites or sunburns. I apply it right to the the problem area for almost instant relief. Lavender just relaxes me so much. I recently had some anxiety at the dentist. To support those calm and relaxing feelings I was longing for, I put just a little dab of lavender on the tip of my nose and rubbed some on the back of my neck. I'm happy to say, I survived the dentist! ;)
Wild Orange Essential Oil
How I use Wild Orange in my home
With multiple health benefits and an energizing aroma that can uplift the mind and body, Wild Orange has become one of doTERRA’s top selling essential oils.
Doesn't that sugar scrub in the video above sound AMAZING! Well, even though it looks like dessert, it's so helpful to keep your lips exfoliated and moisturized. Invite some friends over and try it!
The first thing you will notice when you open a bottle of Wild Orange is that is smells incredible. That smell is such a mood uplifter. I love to use it when I'm feeling like I don't have a lot of energy or when I am just feeling meh. If you mix a a drop with a drop of Peppermint...it's absolutely incredible!
I also like to use it just to support my digestive system. I rub it right onto my stomach or I can even put a drop on a reflex point on my ear. (It's about where a traditional ear piercing would go.) I know it sounds a little weird, but it works for me. Keeping the acid in your stomach so that you're not feeling funky ever.
Did you know that doTERRA has put together most of my favorite oils into deeply discounted bundles? The savings on these bundles go above and beyond the wholesale pricing of 25% off.
